From approval to reimbursement.

  1. Check your company’s process

    Ask your manager or HR about your learning budget, spending limits, and whether you need approval before enrolling. Confirm which documents finance needs.

  2. Get approval, then enroll

    Send your personalized email and the course syllabus. Confirm whether your company will pay directly or you’ll pay and claim reimbursement. Need help arranging a team purchase? Email Avthar.

  3. Submit your receipt

    After purchase, Stripe emails your receipt. You can also find your receipt and invoice in your Maven account. Submit these with your approval through your company’s expense process.

  4. Share what you learned

    Bring your project and useful workflows back to your team. If your employer needs a certificate, complete Maven’s end-of-course wrap-up and reflection after the cohort ends.

Reimbursement is subject to your employer’s policy. Tuition, available discounts and any applicable taxes are confirmed at Maven checkout.

Does reimbursement cover AI tool subscriptions?

Course tuition and tool access are separate. The course lists AI tool access as a prerequisite. Check your existing work accounts and confirm any extra subscription costs with your manager before enrolling.
